If you want to expanding C partition, please make sure it has unallocated space next to it, so, if unallocated pace is in other place, so, move the partitions one by one before it by clicking them with mouse, and move them to the right after your mouse transite to a shape of cross. After all moved, the unallocated space moved and next to the C partition. The next procedure you should do is just clicking C partition, and dragging the left slider bar to expand it, don’t forget to click “Apply” on the top tool bar to make it run.
Secondly, create partition, simply, click right side of mouse in the free space of drive, and choose the option “create”, set it in accordance with your requirements, partition label, size and etc.
